• Empower communities to adopt rent stabilization with the Rent Emergency Stabilization (REST) Act

• Fully fund the Housing Access Voucher Program (HAVP) to keep New Yorkers housed as we face Trump cuts

• Protect rent stabilization and the 2019 rent laws that have kept 2.4 million New Yorkers in their homes
